So we are on day 17 at Primary's and Luke is getting stronger. He is normally a very wiggly baby anyway and he's starting to be wiggly again and that makes me really happy. It is very encouraging to see him get closer to normal. This last Sunday we got moved out of our private room to a shared room and the next morning we got a roommate. She was the cutest little thing ever, I didn't get a pic but she is 6 months old and has strawberry blond hair just like Luke. She was here to get a "G" tube placed, which is a feeding tube directly into her stomach through her belly button. She was here with her parents for 3 days and then they got to go home to Richfield. The day they were discharged we got to move back to our private room.
We had to change rooms because the hospital needed to install some new call lights in some of the rooms so we had to accomodate them for a few days.
Maddie spent the whole day with us on Sunday and she had fun playing with Luke in his crib. Luke also gets REALLY excited when Maddie comes to play. They are so funny together.

Little cuties!! Glad to hear Luke is still on the up and up. I can't believe you've been there for 17 days! Ugh! Hope time goes by fast for the rest and the little man gets to come home with you soon!
Holy cow. I have not been reading blogs for several weeks and just read about Luke! What a crazy thing you are going through. Do you need help with Maddie? My boys would LOVE her to come play anytime. Don't be shy to ask for my help. 698-9129
